Gavin is an artist and a software developer, with an interest in the archaeology of media archives, online cultures, and geographies of the internet. Much of his work involves collaborative research projects with academics and scientists from a variety of disciplines.

His work has been shown at venues including Ars Electronica, ICA, Victoria & Albert Museum, ZKM, Transmediale, FutureEverything, ISEA, and the ICC Tokyo.

Gavin studied at the Ruskin School of Fine Art, University of Oxford and Computer Science at UCL. He currently lives and works in London.
